Leslie Lamb is Director of Global Risk & Resilience Management within the Finance organization at Cisco Systems, Inc. in San Jose, CA.  She has worked in the insurance and risk management field for over 30 years, including Cisco for close to 20 years.  In her capacity as Risk Manager, she is responsible for managing the operational and business risks Cisco faces.  She is working on various projects involving risk identification, risk mitigation, risk financing and strategic planning for business continuity/resiliency.   She works with a global team and partners with Cisco’s internal business units. Prior to this role, Leslie has also held various jobs within the insurance industry including Client Manager at Marsh and Underwriting Manager at AIG.  In these positions, Leslie’s emphasis was working with clients from many different industries to mitigate and manage risk.  Prior to this, she was a teacher in Mexico City. Leslie lives in Campbell, CA and has two sons who have just launched their careers.  She enjoys traveling, cooking, hiking, skiing and reading.
